This is a fully automatic line for producing oval lids. The line is applicable for production of various shapes and sizes of can lids or bottoms. After blanking operation, the lids will be formed in 3 operations: trimming, inside pre-curling and inside curling. The line is composed of an automatic component feeding system, a 80-ton press machine and a 3-station combined toolings. The maximum speed of this line can reach 25-30 pieces per minute. With such production line, the production speed can be enhanced, labor force can be reduced, and workers' safety can be guaranteed. The production efficiency will be greatly increased and general cost will be lowered down. It's the best solution for fancy can making!
